The reception area wasn't clear at all. I was ignored upon arrival while holding bags (it was obvious I was checking in). The water station on my floor was out of service, but no one told me. The breakfast quality was really poor for this class of hotel (I mean, come on).

a nice stay!

comfy bedwonderful staffstylish hotel
the hotel is very close to blackfriars station. the shower worked very well. i found the bed super comfy. the staff demonstrated wonderful service and were consistently stylish. the hotel exuded class..
the air conditioning seemed somewhat inefficient, so both nights felt a little stuffy.

The staff at the front desk provided really good service. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Its proximity to the tube stations allowed for convenient city exploration. I also found the breakfast buffet quite satisfying, with a variety of options.
I noticed the air conditioning in my room was somewhat inefficient. It made for a slightly stuffy atmosphere during the evenings. I hope this can be addressed .
